Ideal for 3-6 people or a small group of artists/ creative agencies in residency.

    A guide will be sent to you via email one day before your arrival. It includes all the necessary information and instructions as well as recommendations for places to visit and businesses to discover in the stunning Quebec City area.

  • Parking is located next to the cottage and can accommodate up to 4 cars.

  • Single night stay is possible only upon request and if it does not create an orphan night.

  • Oh yes, we got you covered! We are proud to offer the first 250 g of freshly ground coffee from Escape Coffee Roasters, a Montreal specialty coffee company that places the planet, people and quality at the heart of its production.

  • You’ll get a full refund up to 5 days prior to arrival.

  • It is simply a precaution in case items are damaged or broken. If everything is in good condition after your stay, you will be reimbursed 1 to 5 business days after the end of your stay.

  • Simply bring your belongings and food. Bedding, towels and cleaning products are provided.

  • You can buy regular logs for 15$ at checkout.

  • The site is located at the north end of the city of Lac Beauport /Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval, in a valley surrounded by the boreal forest. You can bike in, bike out and ski in, ski out of Sentiers Du Moulin, from the cottage. You’ll be around 30–60 minutes from Old Quebec, Île d’Orléans, Stoneham ski resort and the Jacques Cartier National Park.

  • We have two stand up paddle available for free during your stay, located in the shed behind the house. You must bring your life jackets.

  • Unfortunately, animals are not permitted at The Parcelles.

  • Yes, the chalet is suitable for children. We also provide on request a playpen (Pack ‘n’ play) for young children.

  • It is possible to take advantage of an early arrival at 3:00 p.m. and/or a late departure at 12:00 p.m. for a fee of $40 each, available at the boutique. Additional costs will be charged in the event of non-compliance with the times indicated.
