Eliane Cadieux is the Cofounder & Creative Director at Beside Media. BESIDE aims to bridge the gap between humans and nature—with high-quality editorial content and immersive experiences.
Also a talented graphic designer and a friend of mine, Eliane is the one I trusted to designed The Parcelles’ logo. Having her here for the first time was very special.
When Eliane initially wrote to me for her art residency, her plan was to disconnect from the world and spend a week focused on one specific project. However, by the time she arrived at the airport, her intention had shifted to simply taking a break, having no schedule, and enjoying some good wine. Despite this change of plans, she still found herself benefiting greatly from the time she spent resting — and meditating in front of the ocean. In fact, she ended up experiencing some incredible creative highs without even intending to.
